Narendra Modi, Bhutanese PM Lotay Tshering meet, discuss issues related to expanding partnership across several sectors

Thimpu, Aug 17 (IBNS): Visiting Bhutan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday held delegation levels talk with his counterpart Lotay Tshering.

The two leaders discussed issues related to expanding partnership across several sectors.

MEA spokesperson Raveesg Kumar tweeted: "Infusing new energy and trust in our close relationship. PM @narendramodi held delegation levels talk with @PMBhutan Lyonchhen Dr. Lotay Tshering. Discussed steps to further expand our partnership across several sectors."

Modi arrived in the country earlier in the day.

He is visiting the nation at the invitation of Prime Minister of Bhutan Dr. Lotay Tshering.
