Bangladesh devotees celebrate Rath Yatra Dhaka, June 30 (ANI): Devout Hindus soaked in religious fervour thronged streets of Dhaka city in Bangladesh and celebrated the annual Hindu chariot festival or Rath Yatra. ISRO successfully launches PSLV-C-23 in Sriharikota, June 30 (ANI): ISRO's PSLV-C-23 rocket carrying five foreign satellites lifted off from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh on Monday. The satellite launch carrying five satellites: French earth-observation Spot-7 satellite, Aisat from Germany, NLS7-1 and NLS7-2 from Canada, and Velox-1 of Singapore, was witnessed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Modi arrived in Sriharikota on Sunday and met ISRO scientists ahead of witnessing the historical launch. Farmers in Manipur get training in seric Imphal, June 29 (ANI): To give a boost to quality silk production, a 5-day long Beneficiary Empowerment Training Programme was recently organized by the Research Extension Centre of Central Silk Board at Khuman Lampak in Imphal. The participants were given theoretical training followed by field exposure visits to Changangei and Mantripukhr. Under the programme, eight batches, comprising of 20 participants each will be given training in Ukhrul and Churachandpur districts this year. The organizers aim to enhance the production from 1.5 metric tons to 14 metric tons in silk producing Ukhrul and Churachandpur district of Manipur. Hospitals keep fingers crossed strugglin East Godavari, June 28 (ANI): Hospital staff worked tirelessly round the clock and kept fingers crossed on Saturday to save the lives of the burnt victims of the GAIL gas pipeline blast in Andhra Pradesh. Fourteen people were killed and 20 injured on Friday in a fire that broke out on a stretch of pipeline running through East Godavari district, engulfing buildings and burning victims to death. The Apollo hospital in Kakinada has received eight of the burn victims, out of which five suffer 100 per cent burns and their survival chances are slim. Five killed in Alang recycling yard blas Bhavnagar, June 28 (ANI): Five labourers were killed and seven others injured in a gas leak and explosion at Alang ship recycling yard in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat on Saturday. The incident took place when the workers were breaking a ship on plot number 140 of the Alang recycling yard. The injured are shifted to nearby hospital, though a relative of the victim said that the authorities didn’t provide any help whatsoever. DU Academic Council passes resolution to New Delhi, June 28 (ANI): The Delhi University Academic Council on Saturday held a meeting to discuss the further course of action, a day after the DU VC announced scrapping of the controversial FYUP programme. The Academic Council of the varsity today passed a resolution to implement the three-year undergraduate programme. Eight of the 90 members opposed the resolution tabled by the Council, saying the Delhi University 'didn't hold discussions'. The resolution will now be tabled in the meeting of the Executive Council. Delhi University yesterday decided to scrap the four-year under graduate programme (FYUP) after UGC mounted pressure to roll it back. Marinate the chicken with Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Vinegar & mix it well. 2. Marinate the Chicken for about 3 to 4 hours or over night. 3. Add 3 tbsp butter to the pot, add Clove, Cumin seeds, Onion. Saute the onion until its get golden brown color. 4. Add the Marinated chicken to the onion & add tomato puree, mix it well. And add Kashmiri Red chilli powder, Cumin powder, Sugar & mix till the tomato puree gets thicken. 5.
