CBI files 46 FIRs in Saradha Scam, 43 in New Delhi, June 04 (ANI): The CBI on Wednesday filed 46 FIRs in Saradha chit fund scam out of which 43 are in Odisha and 3 in West Bengal. The CBI spokesperson Kanchan Prasad said that all the FIRs have been filed under allegations of conspiracy and criminal breach of trust. Munde's post-mortem report submitted to New Delhi, June 04 (ANI): The post mortem report of late Cabinet Minister Gopinath Munde was submitted to police on Wednesday by the All India Institute of Medical Science in New Delhi. The PRO of AIIMS, Dr Amit Gupta said that according to the report there were some major injuries in Munde's body, which caused his death. SC rejects Subrata Roy's bail plea New Delhi, June 04 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday once again rejected a bail plea of Sahara Group chief Subrata Roy. A bench of justices T S Thakur and A K Sikri, who had on May 29, reserved its order after hearing arguments from the counsel of Sahara Group and the SEBI on the fresh plea of Roy, has now referred the sahara case to a 3-judge bench. Gopinath Munde's body cremated, daughter Parli, June 04 (ANI): Senior BJP leader and Union Rural Development Minister Gopinath Munde who died in a road accident in New Delhi on June 03 was cremated with full state honours in his birth place Parli in Maharashtra. The senior BJP leader was sworn in as the Cabinet Minister last week. Munde's funeral pyre was lighted by his daughter Pankaja.
