Sinha added that politicians should refrain from using negative words like 'jungle raj' during election campaigns. He further said that he was available for the campaigns but was deliberately kept out of the poll campaigns by his party. FTII students call off strike, to join c Pune, Oct 28 (ANI): Students of the Pune-based Film and Television Institute of India on Wednesday called off their 139-day-old strike and said that they will not sacrifice academics anymore for a government that is "deaf and a bully". A member of the FTII Students' Association said that students will resume classes but will continue protesting what they call the "political appointments" of Gajendra Chauhan and four other members of the FTII society. He said that they will not engage with the information and broadcasting ministry in any talks till these appointments are revoked. The students' body has alleged that during their previous discussions with the ministry they were told that the government did not have the mandate to revoke the appointments. The students started their strike on June 12 to protest the appointments of Chauhan as chairperson and the appointments of four members to the FTII society. 28-Oct-2015

Sinha, who was missing from the party's election campaign, said that he was available for the campaigns but was deliberately kept out of the poll campaigns by his party. He further said that probably BJP doesn't need ‘Bihari babu' anymore. Meanwhile, 53.32 percent polling was recorded till 5 pm for 3rd phase of Bihar polls. FTII students' end strike, Rajyavardhan New Delhi/Mumbai, Oct 28 (ANI): Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore on Wednesday welcomed the Pune-based Film and Television Institute of India students' decision to call off their 139-day-old strike. Rathore said that the ministry is committed to making FTII an institute of national importance. Meanwhile, FTII Chairperson Gajendra Chauhan also welcomed the students' decision to resume attending classes and appealed them to solve their issues through dialogue. Assault Case: Need no permission to ente Bengaluru, Oct 28 (ANI): Indian leg-spinner Amit Mishra who was arrested, interrogated and released on the charges of assaulting a woman in a hotel room, the women in question said that she needs no permission to enter his room, as both o0f them were allowed in each others' house. According to reports, Mishra was grilled by police for over three hours before his arrest.
