SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav issues show-cause notice to Akhilesh Yadav

Lucknow, Dec 30 (IBNS): Troubles grew within the Samajwadi Party as party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav issued a show-cause notice to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and leader Akhilesh Yadav, media reports said.

According to reports, the notice asked why disciplinary action should not be taken against the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav had earlier published the list of 325 party candidates for the UP assembly elections.

According to reports, it left out 53 current lawmakers of the Samajwadi Party, including close aides of the Chief Minister.

Akhilesh on Thursday named parallel list of 235 candidates for the UP Assembly polls.
