Chinese hand grenade recovered at Manipur’s TV channel building

Imphal, May 1 (IBNS): One Chinese made hand grenade was recovered from a TV channel building in Manipur's Imphal city on Monday evening. 

According to the reports, the hand grenade was recovered inside a store room at the top floor of Impact TV office building located at Keisampat in Imphal city at around 4.20 pm.

The grenade was recovered by a caretaker of the channel as the room is doorless and has free access.

Following the incident, a city police team rushed to the area and started investigation.
