New Delhi, Oct 1 (ANI): Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during questioning over coal allocation scam told Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that it was humanly not possible to go through all files that came to him during his tenure. Congress has completely backed the party leader on his explanation. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said it was actually not possible for former PM to go through all files. PC Chacko, defending Singh, said CBI has also stated that Singh is not even remotely associated with the scams. Sandeep Dikshit said that people swear by Singh's honesty. Singh was earlier summoned by the CBI as accused in the coal block case involving allocation of Talabira-II to Hindalco.
