Naveen Patnaik meets Modi, seeks special status for Odisha

New Delhi, June 02 (ANI): Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and demanded special category status for his state. Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Patnaik ruled out joining the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Patnaik was accompanied by all 24 MPs belonging to his party when he met Modi for the first time after the regime change at the Centre.
