Filmmakers return awards supporting FTII students' demands

Mumbai, Oct 29 (ANI): In support with the demands of FTII students, more than 10 filmmakers have returned their national awards. Eminent film directors like Dibakar Banerjee and Nishtha Jain announced that they are returning their awards as that was the only thing they could do. Banerjee said that the students have put forward some legitimate demands which should not be ignored. He also said that the society should come forward to support the students who are the future of film industry.
