Sushma addresses IAFS 2015, says the meet is like a family

New Delhi, Oct 29 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj addressed the India-Africa Forum Summit 2015 in New Delhi on Thursday. Swaraj said that the gathering of Heads of Governments and States is like a "family reunion". She added that India and Africa stand united by their shared history of struggle against imperialism, colonialism, racial discrimination, apartheid and their common goals of peace, progress and prosperity. Swaraj said she is confident that the summit will chart a bold new course for the future co-operation between the two nations. India is hosting its biggest-ever Africa summit this week, which is witnessing the participation of as much as 54 African nations.
