India committed to work towards prosperous Africa: PM Modi (Part 2 )

New Delhi, Oct 30 (ANI): Delivering the vote of thanks at the closing of the India-Africa Forum Summit 2015, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India is committed to work towards a vision of a prosperous Africa based on inclusive growth, empowered citizens and sustainable development. He also maintained that African Union's response is a clear affirmation that this is the right format for India and Africa to meet. Stating that India and Africa would give high priority to increase trade and investment flows between them, the Prime Minister said that the country will facilitate Africa's access to the Indian market and will ensure full and effective implementation of the duty-free access extended to 34 countries. PM Modi also hailed that defence and security cooperation with many African countries and said that India will intensify cooperation against terrorism and rally the world to build a common cause against it.
