VK Singh's dog remark: Delhi Police asked to submit ATR by Nov 16

New Delhi, Oct 30 (ANI): A Delhi Court directed the police to submit an action taken report on a complaint seeking FIR against Minister of State for External Affairs, General (Retd.) VK Singh over his remark on the Ballabhgarh incident. The court has asked the Delhi Police to submit its report by November 16. Singh's controversial 'dog' remark on the recent incident in Sunpedh, a village in Faridabad, where two Dalits kids were burnt alive allegedly by upper caste Rajputs, had drawn sharp criticism from all quarters.
