Chennai, June 29 (ANI): Following the success of Paul, the psychic, World Cup result-predicting octopus, comes a fish called Chanakya 2, who lives at an aquarium in Chennai, bagging the top job as chief match predictor in the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Brazil. The Indian Community Welfare Organisation (ICWO) organised the Football World Cup 2014 prediction session.
