Venezuela's opposition leader Juan Guaido, backed by more than 50 countries worldwide, denounces the "kidnapping" of his chief of staff Roberto Marrero who was grabbed by SEBIN intelligence agency officers in his Caracas home and taken to an "unknown" location.
