Afghanistan: Blast rocks Jalalabad, casualties feared

Kabul: A blast occurred in  PD3 area of Afghanistan's Jalalabad city on Wednesday.

According to reports, the blast occurred close to  “Electronic National Identity Cards Department (e-NIC)” in the area.

No casualty has been reported so far.

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
